Welcome to Windsor Oaks


Exclusively for independent Seniors age 55 and older, our spacious, well appointed homes afford the luxury and vintage lifestyle you deserve.  Set in the heart of north Ames we are secluded and quiet but not remote from shopping, fine arts, medical facilities, Ada Hayden Heritage Park, golf and community activities.    

Join us Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday at 9:45 AM for our casual coffee in the Windsor Oaks Clubhouse (come to the clubhouse entrance and ring the office)  Or for a quick tour, call Bonnie at (515) 233-0383.  We think you’ll like our style!
